Needles: Crystal Palace Bamboo DP Size 2

These were for ME! I bought online some wool/nylon Regia jacquard yarn in a black/grey/blue colorway and some size 2 bamboo dp needles and started in. They turned out nice but are too big for me but not big enough to fit hubby. I do wear them with my sneakers and they are warm. Things I learned - pattern the heal to keep it from sagging.

These socks posed a challenge in that I was hoping the color would 'pool' more and not make stripes. I tried several patterns, needles, and cast on stitches and finally settled on what the yarn wanted to do :)
